Group Health Benefits

The Company pays 80% of premiums for participation in our group health plan.

Dental Plan

The Company offers a comprehensive dental plan and pays 80% of the premium for dental coverage.

Vision Plan

Vision coverage is provided as part of the group health benefits.

Supplemental Health Coverage

Supplemental health coverage is available at employee’s option and cost.

Bereavement Leave

Up to 3 days of paid leave are provided to eligible employees in the event of the death of an immediate family member.

Volunteer Time Off

The Company offers eligible employees 16 hours of paid time off per year to volunteer on community service activities.

Paid Time Off

The Company provides 18 days of PTO for the first five years of service and three additional days for every 5 years of service. 


The Company provides 9 paid holidays.

Short-term Disability

The Company pays 100% of the premium for short-term disability coverage. These benefits generally cover 66.6667% of base pay, up to a maximum of $1,500 per week, subject to the applicable waiting period.

Long-term Disability

The Company pays 100% of the premium for long-term disability coverage. These benefits generally cover 66.6667% of your base pay, up to a maximum of $6,000 per month, subject to the applicable waiting period.

Life Insurance

At no cost, employees receive life insurance coverage of 2X base annual pay with the ability to purchase additional life insurance.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees may contribute to pre-tax flexible spending accounts for healthcare expenses not covered by insurance and for dependent childcare expenses. The maximum contributions are governed by federal law and change periodically.

401K Retirement Savings Plan

The Company offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan, pre-tax, roth, etc. Employee contributions to the 401(k) are matched dollar for dollar up to 5%. There is no vesting period. Employee contributions to this plan are pre-tax and tax deferred.

Tuition Reimbursement & Employee Development

The Company provides tuition reimbursement of up to $3,000 per year to eligible employees for approved job-related education. The Company also enables employees to participate in continuing education through the Employee Development policy.

Fitness & Wellness

The Company offers up to $300 per year for fitness club membership. The Eau Claire, WI office also offers an onsite gym that is open to employees 24/7. The Company also offers a Wellness program for all employees enrolled in our health insurance benefits. Through this program, employees and their spouses can each earn up to an annual maximum of $150 in e-gift cards. This program also offers free access to the Fitness on Demand program.
