In compliance with local and state permitting obligations, and WIN’s environmental practices commitment, our contractors are required to restore any construction corridor to preconstruction condition and not to use herbicides during preparation or maintenance of the construction corridor.  

In addition, we make all attempts to avoid environmentally sensitive areas, and if unavoidable, we will ensure compliance with all requirements that were established during the permitting process.
