A Letter from Scott Hoffmann

Dear valued customer,

I am sure you are now aware of the acquisition of Digicorp, Inc. by WIN Technology completed in June of 2024. In September this year we finalized the integration of our two firms regarding processes, procurement, sales, and all remaining functions. Please let this letter serve as an introduction to WIN Technology and myself. 

My name is Scott Hoffmann. I am the CEO of WIN Technology. After earning Engineering, Computer Science and business degrees from Milwaukee School of Engineering, Marquette University and University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, I found myself working with telephone companies like Wisconsin Bell and Ameritech. The experience I received prepared me for the opportunity to become CEO of a new organization aimed at providing and maintaining high bandwidth fiber. Wisconsin Independent Network, or just WIN Technology, was established and based out of Eau Claire, WI. 

WIN Technology is the only IT Services provider that owns and operates an AI-ready fiber network across the Upper Midwest. Founded in 1997, we are unique in being owned by 31 independent Telcos in Wisconsin. However, we’ve expanded across the Midwest owning and operating over 20,000 miles of fiber while providing IT Services to organizations across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Michigan.  

Over the years we’ve transformed WIN Technology into becoming a recognized IT Services Provider that offers a wide range of IT and network services to businesses, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, network engineering, wireless Point To Point, internal wireless, paging, voice and data integration, Internet Access, security and multi-factor implementations, video and surveillance systems, and data center solutions.   

With the addition of Digicorp, Inc., now known to us as the “WIN Technology Milwaukee Office”, we not only expanded our footprint for technology services, but added highly skilled engineers to our already highly qualified engineering staff located in Wisconsin and Iowa. Working as one team we can offer you our valued customers greater support, competitive pricing, higher levels of security and customer data protection, and technology resources to help customers make the wisest informed decisions regarding their technology investments year over year.
